  • Episode 17 - Being Grateful
    2024/09/16

When was the last time you truly stopped and enjoyed the present moment? I mean sit down a few minutes, relax, and start dressing the list of all that you have in your Now and still can be grateful for?

Have you ever done this… with love and mindfulness?

You can write them down of course as they come up to your mind, but you can also just sit, look around, look at them, and be grateful for each one of them.

I do this very often, including the cell phone allowing me to take all the wonderful photos I enjoy using for working purposes for example, or stay in contact with my loved ones.

I invite you to take the time to sit and relax, even if only five minutes, as often as you can.
It is a wonderful way to start a day but also an instant way to change your energy level. It helps you step away from your ego-based mind and thoughts almost instantly because you are changing your energy level as you do it.

It is a practical tool to switch from a negative mindset to a neutral state of mind if not a positive one. (...)

    2024/09/09

Those are the ones we do not welcome with open arms and an open mind. Usually or often because we do not feel ready for them or because they come changing our ego-comfort zone.

Still. Unplanned changes are the ones helping us move forward and progress.

They are the ones, whether we like it or not, coming into our lives to move things and shake things up a little.

Unplanned changes can be seen as a blessing in disguise.

The more flexible you will be, the better you will get through them, and that flexibility will also help you stay grounded in that wind of changes. (...)

Have you ever experienced a situation where you seem to have to do it all over again and again?

Guess what? It is impossible to repeat, exactly, the same way. Even if it seems like it.

Sometimes it might look the same way, but what is going on in your mind is different because since the last time, you have grown, you have experienced things and you have learned things. You said and you saw things. Your mind, your brain, does not stop functioning. It never does. So is your learning and experiencing life. Your personal knowledge continues to expand. You keep adding data to your subconscious.

That new knowledge might be what was missing to complete it the previous times.

That new knowledge might also allow you to receive new intuition and inspiration, and inspired actions to complete it or to bring it to another level of understanding. (...)
