あらすじ・解説
Brett Sutton may be the greatest living coach in sport today.
- 4 Olympic Medalists (including multiple gold)
- 27 World Champions
- 105 Champions at 70.3 distance
- 93 Champions at Ironman distance
And the numbers continue to grow. Brett has been a professional boxer, professional squash player, rugby league player and started coaching at the age of 10. Everything from swimmers (including national swim teams), greyhounds, racehorses and for the past 20+ years, he has focused on the sport of triathlon. Now he's been asked to coach China's national triathlon team.
Few, if any, have his background which enables his unique insight to the nature of animals (including humans) and what makes champions.
In this short, yet potent episode, we get a dose of the truth about our early programming, work, hardship, sacrifice, mentality, building strengths AND weaknesses, and the role of fear, from one of the best in the world.
