Bridging the Know-Do Gap: The Iterative Process

  • サマリー

  • Struggling to turn knowledge into action? In this episode, we explore the Know-Do Gap—why we often fail to apply what we learn—and how the iterative process can help. From overcoming perfectionism to building habits through small, repeated steps, we’ll break down practical strategies for bridging the gap between knowing and doing. Tune in for actionable insights, real-world examples, and a fresh perspective on making progress—even when you feel stuck.

The book I referenced in this episode but forgot the name of was 'How to Do The Work' by Dr Nicole LePera. Though, disclaimer, I wouldn't recommend it. After finishing it, I found it danced in pseudoscience: had she stuck to talking about the positive benefits of positive thinking without going into discussions of links between autism and gut bacteria (sigh), she would have written a decent book.
