By connecting and bringing forward the voices of women within this sector, something that had never been done before, WORTH Association has created a community that educates, elevates and empowers members to be in the driver seat of their leadership acceleration. With recreation, tourism & hospitality being the hardest hit by the pandemic, Joanna and the 2000 strong & growing WORTH community across Canada, are focused on getting women back to work and keeping them working. Drawing on their resilience, they are advocating and collaborating as a collective to reshape this industry with a path forward that is in service to all within it.
