    Natalie Siston has built a dynamic career spanning Silicon Valley, the Fortune 100, and entrepreneurship, but credits her small-town upbringing in Republic, Ohio (population 600), for her greatest leadership lessons. This led her to found Small Town Leadership in 2016.

    She has over 20 years of experience coaching, developing leaders, and strengthening teams in the non-profit, higher education, and corporate sectors. Natalie has held roles such as Head of Client Success at Positive Intelligence, a groundbreaking mental fitness company, and Sales Coaching & Development Director at Nationwide.

    Even though Natalie has been speaking professionally for over 15 years, her proudest public speaking accomplishment was winning a purple ribbon at the Ohio State Fair when she was 10. This story, and many others, are shared in her bestselling book Let Her Out: Reclaim Who You Have Always Been.

    She lives in Plain City, Ohio, with her husband, two daughters and three rescue dogs.
