With less than two weeks to go before the start of training camp, Anna & Chris react to the "troubles" in the crease and wonder why the Vancouver Canucks can't have nice things. The 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris have come and gone since the last episode of the show, yet despite that there's very little Canucks news to chat about. Arturs Šilovs signed a two year deal in what some might suggest is a tidy bit of business. They followed this up with a one year deal with Daniel Sprong, in what some might suggest is a tidy bit of business. What isn't a tidy bit of business is this off the rails episode where Anna & Chris go full Summer mode as they recap the past couple of weeks.

The Florida Panthers won the Stanley Cup. Quinn Hughes won the Norris Trophy. The Canucks drafted a few players on Day Two of the NHL Entry Draft. And the team also got themselves a Jake during free agent frenzy. The Vancouver Canucks sorted out one question mark on the blue line by signing Filip Hronek to an 8-year deal. Is it too long? Is it too much? Anna & Chris consider these questions and more.
