Dewi Trisnawati is a seasoned hospitality professional with over three decades of experience in the industry. She began her educational journey in Business Studies with a focus on Hotel Administration at the BPLP Hotels & Tourism Training Institute in Nusa Dua, Bali, from 1989 to 1992. Furthering her expertise, she completed a summer course in French language for foreign students in Grenoble, France, in 1996. She also undertook specialized courses with the American Hotel & Motel Association, covering areas such as Hotel & Motel Sales Promotions, Hospitality Supervision, and Convention Management & Service. Her extensive career in hospitality management includes key leadership roles in some of the most prestigious hotels and resorts in Bali. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of Hovi Care Bali, part of the Kasih Ibu Hospital Group, where she has been leading since February 2023. Prior to this, Deli held the position of Deputy Head of Hospitality at the Ramayana Group and was the Director at GaiaGita Management. Deli’s experience also includes significant tenures at Waka Hotels & Resorts, where she ascended from Vice President Sales & Marketing to Senior Vice President, as well as at InterContinental Bali Jimbaran and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Indonesia, where she progressed from Sales Manager to Director of Sales & Marketing. Her earlier career saw her excelling in roles at Bali Gardenia Resorts & Apartments, ASTON Bali Resort & Spa, SOL ELITE Paradiso, NOVOTEL Coralia Tanjung Benoa, and SANTIKA Beach Hotel, Bali. Deli’s deep expertise in sales, marketing, and hospitality management, combined with her commitment to excellence, makes her a distinguished leader in the field.
