YOU DON’T NEED PERFECTION OR READINESS! A lot of women who start thinking about coaching assume the reason they are hesitating is because they don’t know enough yet. But in my experience, that’s rarely the real issue. Most of the time the struggle isn’t information. It’s fear. Fear that you’re not legitimate enough, not experienced enough, not perfect enough, or that you’ll put yourself out there and people will judge you or reject you. COACHING SKILLS ARE NOT ENOUGH - Many people believe that if they just become a better coach, clients will naturally find them.
