This video is an introduction to the “Fight For Your Life” Podcast and is part of the bigger picture work of the SuperPowered Evolution Project. It's all about us evolving and healing to the next place, a place of healing and being the parent, partner, friend we want to be living the life we really want to live.
No more half lives!
“Fight For Your Life” was created to support people struggling with... life! They're living a half-life and stuck in a hole that makes them want to... let's say 'reset' life sometimes.
It’s really hard to get out of that spot, and I know all about that feeling… It is really dark and hard.
Fight For Your Life is a Step 1 to finding your way out.
Created by myself, Andria Rose because I have been there myself (more on that another day). I am a trauma survivor, thriver, advocate and determined to support others to see how important trauma recovery is for themselves, those around them and future generations.
I am joined by my friend Garry Gilfoy, Psychotherapist and tertiary lecturer with 20+ years of experience counselling, and his own life experience.
Together we reflect on what trauma is, our personal learning and interpretation of all things trauma. In this introduction video we touch on what trauma is, that it is largely undiagnosed, and share an important message - it is not the survivors fault AND it is ones responsibility to do what we can – next - though!
