    Hey Sis 💛

Have you ever had a disagreement with a family member, friend, spouse, or someone you deeply care about and found yourself wondering who's right and who's wrong?

If you've been navigating tension in a relationship, struggling with conflict, or finding it difficult to understand someone else's point of view, this conversation is for you.

    📖 In This Bible Study

  • When You Don't Know What To Do: Go Back to What God Already Said | Acts 15:1-21 Bible Study [S4 E99}
    2026/06/04

    Hey Sis 💛

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by opinions, advice, social media, and everyone's thoughts about what you should do next?

In Acts 15, the early church faced a major disagreement that had the potential to divide believers. Instead of following emotions, popularity, or personal preferences, they returned to the one thing they knew they could trust: God's Word.

In today's Bible study, we're talking about what to do when life feels complicated, when you're searching for direction, and why the question isn't always, "What do I think?" but "What has God already said?"

If you've been feeling confused, overwhelmed, or stuck, this conversation is for you. 💛

    📓 Journal Prompt

What is something you've been worried or confused about lately that you need to bring to God?

    ☀️ Be the Light

When someone shares a struggle with you this week, point them back to God's truth instead of just your own advice.

  • Yes… God WILL Give You More Than You Can Handle | Acts 14:21-28 Bible Study [S4 E98]
    2026/06/03

    Hey Sis 💛

Have you ever felt like life was simply too much?

Maybe you've heard someone say, "God will never give you more than you can handle." It sounds comforting, but is it actually what Scripture teaches?

In today's Bible Study, we're finishing Acts 14 and following Paul and Barnabas as they continue faithfully through hardship, persecution, and opposition. Instead of promising an easy road, Paul reminds believers that hardships are part of the journey of faith. Yet through it all, we discover a powerful truth: God may allow us to walk through things bigger than ourselves so we learn to depend completely on Him.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, discouraged, or like you're carrying more than you can bear, this study is for you.

    📓 Journal Prompt

What challenge in your life feels bigger than you can handle right now, and what would it look like to intentionally place that burden into God's hands this week?

    💡 Be the Light

Think of someone who may be walking through a difficult season. Send them a text, make a phone call, or offer a prayer today. Sometimes the encouragement God used Paul and Barnabas to give is the same encouragement He wants to give through you.

  • Why You'll Never Please Everyone (And That's Okay) | Acts 14:8-20 Bible Study [S4 E97]
    2026/06/02

    Hey Sis 💛

Have you ever noticed how quickly people's opinions can change?

One moment you're being praised. The next moment you're being criticized.

In Acts 14:8-20, Paul experiences both extremes. After God performs a miraculous healing through him, the crowd wants to worship him. Just a few verses later, that same crowd turns against him and leaves him for dead.

This powerful passage reminds us that when we build our identity on the approval of others, we'll constantly rise and fall with public opinion. But when we remember that we're ultimately serving Jesus, we can remain faithful no matter what people think.

Today we're talking about what it looks like to live for an Audience of One.

    📖 Scripture: Acts 14:8-20

  • What If God Is Using This Hard Season? | Acts 14 Bible Study [S4 E96]
    2026/06/01

    Hey Sis 💛

Have you ever looked at a difficult season and wondered why God wasn't removing it?

In Acts 14:1-7, Paul and Barnabas faced opposition, rejection, division, and even threats of violence. Yet God continued working through every obstacle to spread the Gospel and draw people to Himself. Their story reminds us that God's purposes often unfold through circumstances we would never choose for ourselves.

If you've been struggling to trust God in a season that feels uncomfortable, uncertain, or difficult, this Bible study is for you. Together we'll explore how God uses challenges to strengthen our faith, grow our dependence on Him, and move us into the next chapter He has prepared.

    📖 In This Bible Study

    • Why Paul and Barnabas kept preaching despite opposition • The danger of allowing others to poison our perspective • How God confirms His work even in difficult seasons • What Acts 14 teaches us about perseverance and trust • Why some uncomfortable seasons may actually be part of God's plan • Encouragement for anyone walking through a challenging chapter right now

💛 Remember, Sis: God's plans are still good even when we don't fully understand what He's doing.

  • The Exhaustion Trap: Why You'll Never Be Good Enough (And Why That's Freedom) | Acts 13:13-43 Bible Study [S4 E94]
    2026/05/21

    Hey Sis 💛

What if the reason you still feel spiritually exhausted is because you’re trying to earn something Jesus already paid for?

In today’s Bible Study, we walk through Acts 13:13-43 as Paul preaches one of the clearest Gospel messages in the Book of Acts. Through Jesus, we are forgiven, made right with God, and saved by grace… not by perfection, striving, or performance.

If you’ve been carrying guilt, shame, pressure, or feeling like you constantly have to “get it right” before coming to God, this Bible study is for you.

    📖 In This Bible Study

✨ Paul and Barnabas continue their missionary journey ✨ Why Paul walks through Israel’s history before introducing Jesus ✨ The difference between religion and grace ✨ Why we can never “earn” salvation ✨ Conviction vs. shame ✨ Learning to rely on the grace of God

  • Sis, God Can Use It! Turning Interference into Impact | Acts 13:4-12 [S4 E93]
    2026/05/20

    Hey Sis 💛

Have you ever looked at a situation and thought, “There’s no way God could use this for good”?

In today’s Bible Study, we walk through Acts 13:4-12 and see a powerful reminder that God is still able to work through opposition, spiritual warfare, setbacks, and situations that seem impossible to change. What looked like interference became the very thing God used to draw someone closer to Him.

Sometimes we decide the ending of the story before God is finished writing it. But Sis, God is still moving behind the scenes.

📖 In This Bible Study: • Paul and Barnabas’ first missionary journey • Spiritual opposition and distraction • Why the enemy fights so hard against truth • How God can use difficult situations for His glory • Trusting God when circumstances feel impossible
