Let's get simple. If you know how to drive a car or ride a bike, you can grasp being open, letting go, and being in the flow. It's always simpler than we make it. When we are open, we realize we know what we need to know, and the rest we trust will come together like going from a street bike to a trail bike. Letting go is about letting go of worries and logical thinking about the differences between the two bikes and trusting, "I know how to ride a bike. I can do this!" In the flow is that sweet spot once we are open and have let go. Think of driving a car and being in the flow of traffic. You aren't worried about which petals to use. You are busy drinking your coffee, talking to your passenger, and the experience you are headed. Intuition is all of these things. It is always available knowledge when we let go of logical thinking and emotions ruling us and get into the sweet spot of in-the-flow; that is when the magic happens!

We all judge its human nature. We definitely judge intuition either if it s real, can you use it for business, and what the heck is it really. I find the biggest issue with judging intuition comes from judging the messages we get from intuition and pushing it away because it doesn't make sense or seems like daydreaming. Ignoring it because it is not in context or not logical enough. For whatever reason, the reason we judge isn't the problem. When we judge, we less the message—removing the judgment and asking for clarification without any expectation leads to a str=oy a path forward—thnk of each message as a GPS giving you each turn without showing you the entire map.

High stress can cause us to feel intuition is not accessible nor practical, but why when it has been so helpful during calmer times? When life is stressful, things seem more complicated, including syncing with our intuition, unless we are well practiced, and even then, sometimes even the best of us need to outsource to get back in sync. No matter what, intuition is always there to give the best guidance. Always accessible like the glasses to see, or knowing the sun still exists even when it's the darkest night.

The practicality is the clarity and certainty in making the best decision which we all need in the most stressful times. Intuition is the best guide to practical next-step solutions. Yet, in high stress, we think the quiet time to get in sync and fillow intuition no matter how many past examples of the synchronicity of success have occurred in the past.

Through it all, intuition is always accessible and practical. All we have to do is practice knowing when we are in and out of sync and measure the success of our intuition to know it's our best source for decisions and path forward in times of high stress.
