The Clown Boss has another solo episode. To start the year, Chad is focusing on some clown fundamentals, starting with the idea of playing with failure. He shares his personal definition of the term, and how you can work to redefine a word that comes with a lot of negative baggage. Also discussion of being present and not holding onto the past.
