Come & See a Man Who Told Me About Myself!

  • サマリー

  • Join me, Gabrielle Marcia, as I embark on a personal and transformative journey with Holy Spirit. In our initial podcast episode, we explore the themes of faith, vulnerability, and healing through the lens of the Bible. Inspired by a calling to live an unyielding yes to God, I reflect on how our life stories can be powerful testimonies for His glory. As someone who wears many hats—mother, author, culinary creative, healthcare advocate, and child abuse survivor—I share some of the narratives of my own healing journey, drawing from the timeless wisdom of scripture, in particular the encounter between Lord Jesus and the Samaritan woman (John 4:1-42). This narrative is a cornerstone for women and men alike, seeking redemption, solace and strength in the Lord as we navigate life's complexities.

We delve into the story at Jacob's well, where Jesus's intentional meeting with the Samaritan woman highlights themes of unconditional love, redemption, and the promise of healing. Through this encounter, we are reminded that no matter the weight of our past, Jesus meets us with grace and offers us a path to wholeness. This discussion emphasizes the importance of recognizing our need for healing and the intentional steps required in our individual spiritual journeys. By embracing vulnerability, acknowledging the hurt and dedicating time to prayer, we align ourselves with God's everlasting intention of restoration and love.

Let this episode be your heartfelt invitation to explore the intentionality and healing power that comes through faith, vulnerability, prayer and the love of the God.

    This week's challenge/CTA:

    • Take some time & read the story of Jesus & the Samaritan Woman: John 4: 1-42, with Holy Spirit.
    • What do you hear/discern the Lord speaking to you through this story? Journal your thoughts and pray for wisdom and understanding as you listen.

The Lord wants to heal, restore and make us whole. But perhaps you don't have a relationship with Him OR you have strayed away from your faith. It is never too late for you. He wants to draw you close to Him and set you free from all bondage and past hurts, so you can journey with Him in TRUE liberty!

Pray this prayer with me: Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for your sacrifice for me, so that I may walk in true liberty with You and spend eternity with You. I come before You this day, with a heart of repentance and ask that You purify me & wash me clean. Lord, come into my heart today, as I accept You fully as my Lord and Savior. Thank You Lord, in Your mighty name I pray, Amen!
