In this episode of The Black and White of Sport. We have a conversation with Grenada 2 X Olympic Decathlete, Lindon Victor. A Pan Am Games Silver Medalist, 2 x NCAA Decathlon record holder in the United States. He is the 2023 Commonwealth Games GOLD Medalist in the Decathlon, arguably the most difficult event in International Athletics and Olympic Games. Lindon gives us a rare insight into his upbringing on the island of Grenada in a farming family. He believes that being a farmer and working on his family's farm taught him many lessons on the importance of success through perseverance, good habits and patience--all attributes of good success in farming! We are so happy and grateful for Lindon appearing on our Podcast!
