サマリー
あらすじ・解説
This week’s episode is an incredibly inspiring and powerful one. We are airing a coaching call I had with one of my coaching clients... and I have no doubt that you will resonate with a ton of what Carly struggles with on our call.
If you are a woman and mother who identifies as high achieving, type A, all or nothing, and perfectionist thinking, and if you are struggling with anxiety, guilt, overwhelm, and burnout, this episode is for you.
In our call we address limiting beliefs that hold us back, difficult emotions like anxiety, guilt, and shame, pressures in mothering, and work-life balance. The conversation is an amazing example of what happens when we are willing to ask ourselves the hard questions and challenge ourselves to think and behave differently that we have for most of our life.
If the perceived “shoulds” in your life create distress, pain, and even illness for you, the process you learn today will be the start to a life changing shift.
And of course, thank you to the amazing women who was brave enough to allow me to air this call as an episode here. Carly is a true example of integrity and bravery and her commitment to helping other moms know that they aren’t alone is extraordinary.
