Glutamine (powder or throw in capsules)
Frozen Aloe Vera (or any of your choice)
Collagen or protein with collagen in it (2 scoops)
Fiber powder or ground flax (1 tsp)
1/2 avocado
Frozen berries of your choice (1 cup)
1/2 banana (optional)
1-2 cups of oat milk (depends on how thick you like your smoothies)
