Holy crap!! I leave the country for a week and now we're all going to hell in a hand basket- just kidding!! But seriously, I'm sharing today's episode because I know there are some who are freaking out and I want to know you're not alone, but you also don't need to give into the fear!! I'm here for you!!

If you choose to do nothing else through all of this, be proud of the example you're being for your kids. This event can negatively or positively impact them- but you're choosing that for them.
