Okwerdz, is an American battle rap pioneer, emcee, and hip-hop artist. He gained prominence in the battle rap scene in the early 2000s and has participated in numerous rap battles and competitions. He has battled against some of the most renowned names in the battle rap community and has also released music as a solo artist and as part of various groups. His two most recent tracks are "Know Me Like That" (feat. Method Man) and "Never Switched Up", the latter of which came out in 2024!
Okwerdz has contributed significantly to the development and popularization of battle rap as a competitive art form and now even speed-runs games on his Twitch channel.
