James Turner (aka JT) is the Founder and CEO of Delineate, a research, and insights firm that works exclusively with marketing and communications teams.
For 20 years prior to founding Delineate, James held agency-side and client-side research and insight roles at companies including Black Swan Data, Edelman Berland, BT, FreshMinds, IRI, Populus, and ICM.
In 2018, JT co-founded Opinion.Life, an international market research firm.
Today, JT is an industry speaker and lectures in research techniques.
