It is so important to have confidence in our identity to release that frustration but I know it is easier said than done. In this podcast I go over peoples natural instinct to categorise and how to be okay with that and I also go over a concept in my book about taking control of any conversation regarding your identity. Having peace with the disagreements is the best way forward to gain confidence in your culturally blended identity and I'm here to give guidance and advice to do so!
