    April Naturale is a licensed, clinical social worker in multiple states. Dr. Naturale obtained her PhD from NYU where she studied Secondary Traumatic Stress. She has a 30-year history as a health/mental health care administrator and a clinician. Dr. Naturale was the Statewide Director of the New York mental health response to 9/11/01 (Project Liberty) and has provided disaster training and consultation throughout the U.S. as well as internationally.
