  • The Enneagram Prison Project (EPP), founded by my guest, Susan Olesek seeks to help incarcerated individuals, as well as those imprisoned by the mechanisms of their own minds, understand why we do what we do using the Enneagram to inspire transformation on both sides of the bars through self-awareness, self-regulation and self-compassion. As George Gurdjieff said, and as is true with the program, "it is not just difficult to do this work by ourselves, it is impossible." This program has tremendous benefit, not only in minimizing violence in prisons around the world, but helping us all, no matter the side of the bars we are on, see what is right about us. Also joining as my guest, is Dustin Baldwin discussing his experience with the program from his time on the inside, what he has learned about himself, and how he does the work now as an Ambassador.
