All around us today we have various forms of media exposing everyone in their bloom so it may seem like there is no time to be still and we should always be hustling- however we all have the ability to listen to our higher selves and not our ego. We were not made to be ON all the time nor expected to be. 

When it's time to turn to a new chapter  - the transition doesn't have instant answers for the future for our brains to process. We are not who we were in the past but we are still not who we know we are becoming so there is this gap, and this gap for most of us is frickin terrifying —- or is it? Can it be a beautiful place to re-fertilize for that going back in so we can create something new? Being gentle with yourself during that transition time is KEY and we have Stormy Solis with us today to share more about her process with this.
