In this podcast I talk about where we focus our attention and how it affects us. Also something I forgot to mention in the recording is, finding other ways to focus your attention like working out, reading, listening to music without words, and/or podcast that contribute to your over all well being are ways to shift your attention to things that will benefit you in the long run. I reference a podcast that I listened to that inspired me to make this episode but, for the life of me I can't think of the name of it or find it. But I did get the name of the man that I quote several times through out. His name is Oren Jay Sofer, he is an author and also teaches Buddhist meditation, mindfulness, and more.
