  • Ep. 35- How to embrace outdoor adventures for your well-being with coach and author Nailah Blades.

My guest today is Nailah Blades, a life and leadership coach, and the author of the new book Joyful by Nature: Embracing Outdoor Adventures as Women of Color.

Nailah is also the founder of Color Outside, an organization dedicated to helping women of color connect with nature through exciting and fun outdoor events.

In today’s episode, Nailah shares how her connection to nature began early in life—reminiscing about her visits to her parents’ birthplace, Bermuda, where she enjoyed the beauty of the ocean and sand.

It’s a love for the outdoors she has carried with her throughout her life, from her time in California to now living in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her family.
