This is a guided visualization exercise that includes conscious breathing and body awareness. It is important to be in a safe, quiet and distraction free environment when doing this exercise. It should not be attempted while driving, operating equipment, or in a location where you attention is divided. This is a great exercise to do in combination with 4-Fold Breathing, the Body Scan and other exercises in this series.
