The Bandero was built by the Japanese government to patrol the southern district of Japan's maritime boundary. Captain MacLean gives us insight into the Japanese whaling industry and tells us what their current actions may suggest about their future whaling plans. We also get a chance to talk about volunteering as a crew member aboard the CPWF fleet.
