'NBA, Mate!' is UK's show about NBA basketball where we discuss anything and everything to do with the most exciting sports league in the world.
In this episode, I spoke about Anthony Edwards's - the young Minnesota Timberwolves star - comments that he shared on an Instagram story, using 'queer' as a derogatory term directed towards couple of men, adding 'what the world has gone to'.
I listed three reasons why I find his comment very innapropriate and wrong, how that affects my NBA fandom and feeling towards the league and its players and what should happen from here on in my opinion.
