Have you ever had trouble falling asleep the night before a river run because you're nervous or anxious? I definitely have. I created an exercise that helps me turn this anxiousness into a useful tool and practice opportunity. During today's episode I explain my opinions on the concept of courage and fear. I DON'T think courage is being scared and doing it anyway. I actually low key hate that definition and concept in general of running big rapids while you're scared. During this episode I'm explaining my process for working THROUGH the fear so instead you're running rapids calmly, securely, and powerfully.
