EP 12: UNPLUGGED with Jaci Rogash - Trauma, Healing and Embracing Your Inner Warrior

  • サマリー

  • In this episode I’m in an unplugged conversation with Trauma-Informed Transformation and Energy Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and International Speaker, Jaci Rogash. This is one of those conversations that will stick with me for years to come. Quite often it’s not until after these conversations have been had and integration has taken place that the medicine is felt, but gosh throughout this episode I could really feel that free flowing medicine. My conversation with Jaci healed parts of me I didn’t even know needed healing. As a DIY Podcast host - as in I do everything myself - I go back and relisten to the recorded conversation anywhere between 2-3 times so I can get a good feel for the episode before I record the intro and outro. Each time I listened back to my conversation with Jaci, I could physically feel parts of myself softening, being acknowledged, and a sense of alignment taking place. These are parts I didn’t know even needed healing, but alas they did and alas they were. I have a feeling, like me, this could me a healing episode for many who tune-in. === Jaci works with women who have experienced trauma or adversity that still impacts the way they live their life today and loves supporting people to go from feeling heavy and exhausted to fully alive. Jaci is an expert in the trauma field, having worked within the trauma space for 13 years along with her own personal, lived experience. She lives in Melbourne and is a Mum of 2 boys, and fur-mum to a dog and cat. Jaci loves adventure, sports, getting outdoors and creating space for her own self care rituals, which now feels like such a treat. === In this unplugged conversation Jaci lovingly and generously shares her story around growing up and her trauma experiences, and what ultimately lead to her do the powerful work she does today. We also talk about: the cycle of healing; and the liberation that comes with that; The impact of social media on trauma awareness; The current stage of our lives as Mothers with young children; Embracing your Inner Warrior; Intentional and present self-care practices; And much more, so much more. If you shared this episode with ONE person, either by sending it through to someone who might benefit from it or by sparking a conversation around what you learned from our conversation today.
