Kerry is also a Yoga Teacher and Retreat Facilitator who believes self-worth is essential to wholehearted living. She supports women who are ready to revolutionise the relationship they have with themselves. She helps them untangle from people pleasing, perfectionism and self-doubt’s in order to experience greater confidence, courage and contentment. Kerry is dedicated to helping women remember that their happiness matters and that their needs are worthy of being met. Through the pillars of self-connection, self-compassion, self-care and self-celebration, Kerry’s clients find their way back to their truth, back to their hearts and back to the intrinsically worthy women that they are.
