サマリー
あらすじ・解説
In this episode, we have a conversation with Meghan De Jong of Meg De Jong Nutrition, where we explored where anxiety and our mental wellbeing meet the health of our soil. Meghan is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) who has been coaching people in nutrition for over 5 years all about the intricacies of anxiety and how our food and more specifically our soils, contribute to our experience and relationship with anxiety.
We deep dive into what anxiety is and is not and how we really can transform our experience with anxiety into something meaningful. As Meghan shares her personal story, we weave in why gardening is transformational for our gut health as well as our emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
We wrap up our episode with a thoughtful discussion about our relationship with food, how to foster a healthy and meaningful relationship with food in young children, and what it means for our society and world at large to transform this vital relationship.
