Our first episode of EVs, politics and Pancakes. Today we focus on USA politics with Elon Musk, Donald Trump and we ask ourselves if Tesla will reach their old sales figures or if they are losing market share. We will also disect Mercedes-Benz new CLA and Toyotas big shift in strategy.
Recipe:
Pancake recipe Batter (2 servings):
- 6 dl Whole fat milk
- 3 dl Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Garnish:
- 1 Finely chopped red Onion
- 50g dill
- 2 dl sour cream
- 80g your choice of caviar
- 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl
- Whisk in half of the milk and whisk until smooth
- Whisk in the rest of the milk and eggs
- Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes
- Pour over to a 1 liter bottle
