Today, I had the privilege of sharing my recent 5-day Yosemite Expedition where I was honored in guiding, leading and facilitating 3 other high-level leaders from my coaching group known as the Elevate Up Tribe. They humbly, willingly and courageously signed up for this epic adventure called “The Wilderness Experience.” Together, we were not only able to accomplish the task at hand, which was backpacking from Tenaya Lake and down to Yosemite Valley, but also accelerating our growth in the process. I even got the name, "The Sherpa," which I consider one of the highest compliments that I have ever received!!

In the experience in the wilderness, we faced many challenges and obstacles:

1. Mosquitoes

2. Dehydration

3. Excessive Heavy Gear

4. Fear of Heights (Anticipation)

5. Increased Vulnerability (No Alone Time)
