I just knew that I had to share the “secret sauce” of what makes Jason tick. He is married to his amazing wife, Cassie for over 9 years. He lives in Brookings, Oregon.

In our conversation, Jason talks about his “superpower” of living from a place of integrity, faith and taking care of his temple (body). He shares the key to building, sustaining and living a life of integrity comes his internal convictions and making God his #1 Coach. Jason shares that his business is his ministry and that his testimony is lived out now. He unlocks his daily routines that are the bedrock to what makes him tick such as reading Scripture, prayer, playing music and exercise.

Join me as Jason reveals that success is doing the little things, the daily repetitions of consistently leaning into his spiritual, mental, emotional, relational and physical practices. He is real about how you live your personal life as a leader directly correlates to how you show up in owning, operating and elevating his business. Ultimately, internal growth & fulfillment drive external achievement & performance. Jason lives what I call a “bulletproof life.”
