    Going more into WHAT is the feeling than HOW you are feeling is really beneficial for everyone.

Anti-depressants are not the answer. By creating an intention with a vision we know what to say, a message, that supports us in knowing what to do, as missions. Using our past to remind us of times we moved in and out of other emotional states such as happiness, joy, peace make it possible for us to do future planning.
