We’ve made it to episode two! I want to invite you to get really vulnerable with me as we talk about our emotions and why we should treat ourselves more kindly. Our emotions are a message to the brain like any other sense, like sight or hearing. We wouldn’t get mad at our nose for smelling something bad, we wouldn’t try to tell our nose it was wrong or overreacting; so why do we do the same to our heart and head when we are feeling? My grandpa passed away Thanksgiving 2024 and he taught me an incredible amount about authenticity and loving loudly and I would love to share more of his messages with you so tune in to learn more.
