Lord Jesus, we want to maintain the newness of our heart and spirit today! Renew us day by day. Keep us in the process of being renewed. May there be a fresh supply of the resurrection life added to us daily so that we may become new, even as new as the New Jerusalem! Amen! We believers in Christ have a new heart and a new spirit, but we need to cooperate with the Lord to maintain the newness of our heart and our spirit day by day. On His side, God does many things to help us be renewed, including the arranging of a certain measure of sufferings.
