Today's episode is about the second level of my method, which is called Shadow Kink.
This is a tool I use after we've finished the Core Constraint work and with this tool we're wrestling power back from the deep depths of your sub and unconscious mind, so that you have more say in what your reality looks like. It also ensures that you will be more congruent with who you are - congruence is how you become truly authentic and how you operate in the world exactly as you're supposed to without pushing your will on everybody/thing or without collapsing under all the different pressures that you're experiencing.
