Today, we explore who and what the Holy Spirit is on WKLY with Fr. Rob. We know so much about Jesus; we also know about The Father in Heaven who is almighty and all kindness. What do we know about the Holy Spirit? Much has been written about the Holy Spirit but who is He?

The Holy Spirit is not a symbol, a dove, a flame, a river, a gentle breeze, or even a fruit! The Holy Spirit is the 3rd person in the Holy Trinity; we only see a representation of the character of the Holy Spirit through God’s creation. He is a person with a personality, will, and character, He is someone we can talk to, communicate with, and listen to. 

Fr. Rob Galea helps us discover the Holy Spirit as a person and what He does in our lives:

2. We can have a relationship with Holy Spirit 
3. He empowers us to live out our vocation
4. He gives us the strength to live a supernatural life

Holy Spirit is powerful and gentle; He gives us the strength to live a Christian life. It is impossible to do the will of the Father without the Holy Spirit. If we ask the Father: Come, Holy Spirit”, He will give the Holy Spirit to us. Let us be surprised by the power of the Holy Spirit.
