Hey World! In this episode I share with you my journey into therapy. How the notion and question came about asking or wondering if I may need to seek out therapy? How it all came about was because I was willing to become a better version of myself. I was on the path of choosing to no longer escape but instead deal and heal. Have you ever felt alone? Have you ever felt broken? Have you ever felt discouraged? Have you ever felt or have been depressed? Have you ever felt like no one really understands you? Have you ever felt abandoned? Have you ever had suicidal thoughts or a hatred for yourself? Well, I have felt all these feelings and I am here to comfort you and remind you that you are not alone. Also that you matter and you are worthy of love. Your relationship with yourself is the most important and it should be valued over anything else so that you can clear the wreckage and become your true self. You are worth it!!
