Have you ever wondered why you’re afraid of flying? Obviously, just sitting in an aircraft that soars
across the sky feels unnatural to us; but statistics don’t lie: it’s one of the safest forms of transportation, perhaps even the safest of them all. If we were fully rational beings we wouldn’t
be afraid at all. However, our fears come from a deeper place and it’s important for us to understand this: the world in which we grew up in; or trust issues regarding others; or perhaps again, we just had a bad experience in the sky and now we’re heavily conditioned by it. In thisepisode, we’ll see how to face those moments before takeoff with exercises and suggestions.
