Ep 2: Youth Empowerment & Police Reform | Griffen Saul, We Are Able

  • サマリー

  • You heard last episode about Jacque Stefanic, a 23-year-old activist who founded Serving People With a Mission to give leadership development skills to youth on the West Side of Chicago. Little Wins was able to donate a $200 grant to provide backpacks, notebooks, writing supplies, and other school supplies to the youth he serves.

On the second episode of Little Wins, we feature fellow Chicago activist Griffen Saul, who founded the nonprofit ‘We Are Able’ in tribute to his father, Brad Saul, who passed away in December, 2015 after losing a lifelong battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Griffen will be contributing to the Little Wins fund to support our work at this podcast - more info to come in a future episode!

We Are Able is a nonprofit with the mission to empower young people to be the change they wish to see in the world and take change-making into their own hands. Today, We Are Able continues its groundbreaking youth empowerment work in many forms - including its current flagship program, the Chicago Youth Council for Police Accountability.
