    2025 MEN ABOVE REPROACH CHALLENGES


    January Challenge

    • Start No Fap/Purity Focus for 90 days

    • Start whole Bible chapter memory

    March Challenge

    • Health Elective (7.5 hours sleep, 2x workouts, nutrition tracking)

    May Challenge

    • Open or Elective

    July Challenge

    • 8 handwritten letters to 8 different people

    September Challenge

    • Become a pseudo-expert on a topic and do a book report on it

    November Challenge

    • Read 30 chapters or 2 books (adult books)


    Elective Challenges

    • Average 7.5 hours of sleep for 1 month

    • Track what you eat for 2 of 4 weeks, using the 2nd week to improve one aspect of your nutrition.

    • 2 workouts/day for a month (minimum of 5-min workout)• Social Media Fast for 1 month & 48-hr food fast

    • Invite someone over for dinner that you know but who isn’t a believer & Invite someone to church with you who doesn’t normally go

    • 1 meal & conversation with a homeless person
