Hello Everyone and welcome to De-Influenced episode 1! I'm soooo stoked to finally be posting! I've been talking about it for so long it feels great to finally hit post!
That being said, this is my first ever attempt at a podcast sooooo it's a little rough! I'm figuring out audio and set up since half my house is under renovation! I welcome all tips and tricks for improvement, especially audio!
This first episode is actually recorded in two parts. I was testing out my new mic for the "bulk" and then recorded the intro after! So its a little backwards! It is basically a long winded rant about influencers! I touch a little bit on some big breaking stories of 2023 and the dangers that come with blindly idolizing influencers. We touch on Colleen Ballinger a little bit, Ruby Franke and others who made poor decisions last year, and the dangers behind their actions.
