Making Sense of Complexity features conversations with complexity science practitioners and philosophers on the deep and fascinating findings of complexity science. How do we make sense of the uncertain and seemingly incomprehensible world we live in? Hosted by George Gantz, the production is a collaboration with Spiral Inquiry, Planksip, Talk of Today, and Complexity Adventures, and is produced by True Spectrum Media.
Today our guest is Dr. Klaas Landsman, Professor of Mathematical Physics at Radboud University in Netherlands, and winner of the Spinoza Prize in 2022. Klaas is a renowned educator and researcher in theoretical physics and deep mathematics and his interdisciplinary approach is both innovative and collaborative. In this episode we explore the complexity of quantum physics and the mathematical innovations it has inspired. We will be making reference to three of his works. Links are provided below.
