This biggest mistake I made was actually thinking that the "Family Court" system is fair. They are not court, is not fair at all. The Judges do not care about you or your problems at all. They are going to make a ruling and turn that case into a moneymaker. You are about to have to pay for the support of any child, and there is no way to fix a problem with them. There is an amount that is going to have to be paid, no matter what. If there is an order signed by a judge, The "Child Support" agency is going to collect that amount from 1 parent and inject that amount into the other parent's account.
