Bilbrey details the latest "bad news" for the Ridenour Administration. And boy, the hits keep coming! The latest news, of course, is that two City Police Officers that the City of Muncie terminated back in February 2024 have just been "reinstated by court order." Not only are they to return to work immediately, but the City has also been ordered to pay both Officers back for all pay and benefits they have missed since they were first suspended!
