(no it’s not Jeffrey Dahmer or Ed Gein..maybe I’ll cover those assholes at a different time.) Today is about Joe Clark, also known as the “Bonebreaker.” A super messed up 17 year old who got a thrill out of torturing younger teens, specifically by breaking their bones.
