Hi, and welcome to the “You CAN Change Your Life” podcast! I’m your host, Gina Hunt, and I’m so happy you’re here!
One of the things I hear most often from people who are trying to change something about themselves or their lives is that they have trouble believing they can do it. In other words, they have trouble believing in themselves. But believing in yourself is so important, so today I want to talk about 10 things you need to help you believe in yourself.
In a nutshell, those things are:
- Be intentional about the people you surround yourself with.
- Remind yourself of everything you've already accomplished!
- Set small goals then work to achieve them.
- Prioritize self-care (put your oxygen mask on first!)
- Watch out for overwhelm.
- Question destructive thoughts and beliefs (like "I can't do this!")
- Face your fears.
- Learn something new.
- Look for the paths to success...and if you can't find them, create them.
- Don't take yourself so seriously!
